Kevin D. Breyfogle age, 56 of Modale, Iowa passed away Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at his home. Kevin is preceded in death by his special friend Deb Jochims and grandparents. Kevin is survived by his parents Don and Doty Breyfogle of Mondamin, Iowa, children; Jaime Jones and husband Jeremy of Omaha, Nebraska, Jill Breyfogle and friend Pat of Omaha, Nebraska; grandson; Gavin Jones, brother, Wayne Breyfogle and wife Jackie of Omaha, Nebraska. Visitation will be held Friday from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. with a prayer service at 7:30 p.m. at Hennessey-Aman Funeral Home in Missouri Valley, Iowa. Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday at the Hennessey-Aman Funeral Home in Missouri Valley. Inurnment at a later date.
