Blake; sons: Kevin Blake, Jr. (Reannen), Joshua Blake (Jacqueline), Jeremiah Blake (Nora), and Benjamin Blake (Andrea); 9 grandchildren; parents, Cecil and Donna Blake; siblings: Keith Blake (Cathy), Carol Blake, and Michelle Blake; nieces and nephews; other relatives and many friends.

The family will receive friends Thursday, October 19^th from 5pm to 7pm at the West Center Chapel, 7805 W.
