“Spoczywaj w Pokoju, Mama”

Rest in Peace, Mom

Krystyna was a loving wife, Mama, and Babcia.  She devoted every second of her day to her family and her religion.  Krystyna spent her days praying, cooking, and making sure everyone had plenty of food to eat.  Although she left Poland years ago, she never stopped watching her Polish tv, reading her Polish news, or playing Polish music throughout the house.

Krystyna spent many hours outside tending to her beautiful garden of flowers that consisted of all her favorite colors and flowers.

Krystyna is survived by her husband of 40 years, Juozas; daughter, Ewa Zivny (Bob); son, Zbyszek Ostapowicz (Kaylene), and four grandchildren: Aneta, Zachary, Allison and Nicholas.

The family will receive friends Sunday, January 2nd from 2pm to 4pm followed by VIGIL SERVICE at 4pm, all at the West Center Chapel. VISITATION on Monday, January 3rd from 9:30am to 10:30am at St. Vincent de Paul, 14330 Eagle Run Drive, followed by MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL at 10:30am.  Interment: St. Mary Magdalene Cemetery.  Memorials are suggested to St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church.
