Survived by wife Geri; children, Lee (Michelle) Hurlbutt, Kathleen Scanlon, Tom (Karen) Hurlbutt, Lynn (Marc) Foster; step children, Sonja Kapoun-Roof, Tracy (Joe) Horbach; grandchildren, Kaitlin, Jessica, Tony, Kenneth, Shannon, Jamie, Dani, Janice, Jeni, Sarah, Katie, J.T., Tyler, Amanda, Brittany, Bryant, and Anna; twelve great grandchildren; brother Mallie (Dee) Hurlbutt; sisters-in-law, Rita and Donna Hurlbutt; many nieces and nephews. VISITATION: 5-7pm Sunday, June 21, 2015 at Bellevue Memorial Chapel. Masonic Service: 9:45am, Monday, June 22, 2015 with 10am FUNERAL SERVICE to follow at Bellevue Memorial Chapel.
