HLAVAC, Leigh A., Jul 18, 1957 Jun 2, 2010. Died after a nine-year battle with a rare form of cancer. Member, Dallas Junior League, The 500 Inc., and many other charitable organizations. Preceded in death by father, Dr. Rene E. Doc Hlavac. Survived by mother, Beverly A. Hlavac; brother, Randy A. Hlavac and wife Corey; sister, DeAnn Nichelson; nieces and nephews: Byron Nichelson, Anne Hlavac, Jeff Hlavac and Alicia Hlavac. The family will receive friends Friday, 6pm-8pm at the West Center Chapel. SERVICES Saturday, 11am, West Center Chapel. Memorials are suggested to Nebraska Humane Society or charity of your choice.
