Leo enjoyed coaching and refereeing various sports and traveling.  He liked to play soccer, golf, fishing, being outdoors, and spending time with grandchildren.  He liked to read, watch movies, and showed talent in stained glass.  To know him, he was never short of a witty answer, and you always knew where you stood with him. he was proud of his Irish Catholic heritage and being a parishioner of Holy Ghost Catholic Church, growing up in South Omaha, and Cunningham’s Bar.

Leo always provided for his family, took care of anything that needed to be done.  He helped anyone who needed it.  Leo was deeply loved and will be missed by all.

A special  thanks to the Omaha VA for providing care and assistance during his time of need, and a special thanks to Heafey-Hoffmann-Dworak-Cutler for their comfort and care to Leo and his family.
