I have wonderful memories of playing in the Polonairs with Leonard, my dad, the other talented musicians who were also great guys and our many friends and family who came to hear us and celebrated great music and friendships together. Leonard had a voice that was one in a million—simply beautiful to hear. His gardening skills were legendary at Ginger Cove. He will be missed by all. My wife Dianne and I share our condolences with all the family.
John Scott my Uncle Len was a great guy. My condolences to Doug, Caroline and Patrick and their families on the loss of their father. Uncle Len was a positive and loving presence in all our lives. I pray for him today along with his father Jacob, his mother Ann, my dad Walter, and his other siblings Rita, Ray and Rich. God bless all of you
Aunt Esther, Doug, Caroline, Patrick and family my condolences for the passing of Uncle Len. He was a wonderful and loving man who will be missed by all of us. God bless all of you
Aunt Esther and all of your family, are in our thoughts. You were all so lucky to share your lives with such a kind, friendly and generous man!
My condolences to Esther and the entire family.
I play keyboards with son Patrick’s country band and ran across a short keyboard beginner accordion to play on a few songs.
I have to say that Leonard was more enthusiastic than any of my bandmates or anyone else about me learning to play and I will always be grateful for that.
Rest in peace.
To Aunt Esther, Doug, Caroline, and Patrick. My wife and I are sending our condolences. When I was just a young kid, I can still remember Uncle Leonard talking to my dad about investing and the stock market. It was the first time I had ever heard anyone talk about those terms, and I had no clue what those terms even meant. It was like a foreign language. And then there were the many discussions that he and my dad had about their respective gardens. I wasn’t always sure if the discussion was about love of gardening or about some gardening competitiveness, if there is such a thing. And the many discussions about polka music and the Polish language. Other memories of Uncle Leonard are from the times he would talk to me, even as a young kid and later as an adult. He was genuinely interested in hearing what I had to say. Many, many great memories. The memories will live on.
Our sincere condolences to the Nowak Family on the loss of Leonard. May happy memories bring you peace & comfort at this most difficult time. We are quite sure that Leonard was greeted and welcomed at the heavenly gates by many of his polka musician friends!
Sincerely, Tish Blazonczyk & Family
