I’m gonna miss your laugh, the witty comments, the smile that was so contagious. Walking into work has not been easy the past two days. I will miss being hit in the head with a sling-shot rubber chicken or pterodactyl. You literally made my job FUN. We clicked the minute you came out from training just a short year ago, I was like “oh she’s loud & funny” I liked you instantly & eventually loved you. You will be forever missed. My little Bryson sure will miss his “snack buddy” may your family find some peace knowing you touched so many lives. I love you long time girl.

Lila Rose will always be remembered by me as a no-nonsense, goodhearted, kind, beautiful, Catholic Diamond. Her value to her family and friends was priceless. As a baby, toddler, and little girls she was so smart and had to be; Nate and Dan kept her on her toes. They adored their little sister and always challenged her to “keep up with the boys.” Allen was always a proud dad of his gorgeous strawberry blonde Princess. Lila adored her nieces and nephews; lived life to the fullest, fought cancer and WON! She studied, worked, and played hard. She was a Cheerleader at GICC and was on the front page of the newspaper. She was an inspiration to everyone who knew her. She was a CHAMPION when it came to defending life. My prayers are always with your family every day.

Dear family and cousin Lila. I have no words. You were one of the funnest, wild cousins I had. There is no chance I would arm wrestle you, you would have kicked my butt. You were a beautiful person inside and out and I will always miss you. I’m sending prayers and love to the family.

May God hold Lila Rose in His infinite and eternal love and mercy.
May our anguish and broken hearts be comforted by His grace.
May Jesus, Mary, and Joseph, welcome her home with open arms.
May the Apostles, Angels, and Saints, celebrate her arrival in Heaven.
May our souls be greeted by Lila Rose when God calls us home, Amen.

Melinda and Allen and family, we are so very sorry….words are hard to even find….Lila was always such a good kid. I loved it that she and Carolyn were friends…..they were two peas in a pod type of friends. Lila always had a smile and something fun to share. I always admired her positive attitude and there wasn’t anything she couldn’t do….she was a little firecracker. You couldn’t help but love her…..you just did. I will forever remember Lila….her wonderful smile and her positive outlook on life. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Words cannot express the shock and sorrow i’ve been experiencing ever since I first heard the news. I am blessed to have known Lila for the time that I did. I could never forget her compassion and integrity along side her optimism and uncanny sense of humor. My heart goes out to her family, to whom gave me the opportunity to share in their faith. Lila left her mark wherever she went, she impacted lives and was a light in the darkness. The times we shared were priceless and profound and she will forever be a source of inspiration and strength.
