Survived by children: Donald Dibble and wife Janet, Frank Dibble III and wife Maria, Dennis Dibble and wife Kathy, Karen Ashby and husband David, Kim Jeffers and husband Mike; 19 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; many nieces and nephews. SERVICES Friday, 10am, West Center Chapel. Interment, Evergreen Memorial Park. VISITATION from 3pm Thursday, with family receiving friends 5pm-7pm at the West Center Chapel. Memorials will be directed by the family.
