Linda K. (Ciochon) Lichter
June 7, 1948 – September 18, 2024
Linda K. (Ciochon) Lichter passed away, surrounded by family, on September 18, 2024, at 11:10 a.m., after complications from open heart surgery.
She is survived by her loving husband, Pat Lichter; children: Erik Bullard and special friend, Liz Rakosky, Heather Bullard Hanika (Jake), Jenny Smith (Shawn), Steve Lichter (Shelly), Brian Lichter (Jenna), Lisa Kramer (Kyle), and Mark Ciochon; grandchildren: Matthew Bullard (special friend, Jake Stewart), Madison Zook (Sol), Johnny Smith, Thomas Smith, Jase Smith, Finley Hanika, Logan Lichter (Emily), Katie Kramer, Justin Kramer; brothers and sister: Rodney Rudolph, Steve Rudolph (Debbie), Carl “Tom” Rudolph, Susan Lee (Jimmy); and many nieces and nephews.
Linda was preceded in death by her father, Harold “Rudy” Rudolph; mother, Margaret Polson; son, Kevin Allan Bullard; former spouse, Don Ciochon; sister, Kathryn Pavlik; and granddaughter, Skylar M. Lichter.
Born in Harlan, Iowa, on June 7, 1948, Linda grew up in Woodbine, Iowa, and Ralston, Nebraska, where she graduated from high school. Linda spent most of her life as a Realtor with NP Dodge Realty, loving to help first-time home buyers. For more than 43 years she developed one of the largest, most loyal client bases – the secret of her success.
For years, she and Pat traveled the world with friends and family, with Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, her favorite place for the past 28 years. In recent years, she was most content at home with the grandkids under foot and a KitKat nearby.
VISITATION: Thursday, October 3, 2024, 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at St. Gerald Catholic Church, 9602 “Q” St., followed by a VIGIL SERVICE at 7pm.
MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL: Friday, October 4th, 10:30 a.m. at St. Gerald Catholic Church, with a luncheon to follow.
PRIVATE INURNMENT.
