Lois G. Roskens
October 22, 1933 – October 12, 2023
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald W. Roskens; grandson, Daniel E. Torson.
She is survived by her brothers, Robert, Kenneth (Barbara); children: Elizabeth Torson (Robert), Barbara Blount (John), Brenda Dicus (John), William Roskens (Lisa); 12 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren.
Lois enjoyed many interests and hobbies – she was an accomplished seamstress, an avid gardener and contributed her time to many philanthropic causes that were dear to her heart. Wherever she lived, she was a proud member of PEO. She was a founding board member of Lauritzen Gardens and loved spending time there before her health deteriorated. But the most important part of her life was her family and her favorite place in life was the family cabin in Minnesota. When she was surrounded by her beloved family members at the lake, life couldn’t get any better.
