Lois Ruby (Clark) Sisson

April 18, 1926 – July 21, 2024

Lois Ruby (Clark) Sisson passed into the presence of her Lord, July 21, 2024. Lois was born in Ralson, NE, to Oscar and Ruby Jensen. She spent most of her life residing in Omaha, NE. She passed peacefully into the presence of her Lord after a short illness.

Lois was a talented artist and expressed it in many ways; always with a desire to help and bless others with her skill. Even at 98, she was the life of the party. She loved the Lord, having given her life to Christ in the early 1950’s; she was filled with Holy Spirit in 1980 in Colorado, and willingly shared Jesus with almost anyone willing to listen.

She was preceded in death by husbands, Thomas Ludwick, Thomas Clark, and Murven Sisson; and her son, Thomas L. Ludwick.

Lois is survived by siblings, Corrine Stastny, Janet Owens, and Lee Jensen; her children, Terri (Mark) Steinmetz, Tim (Carolyn) Clark, and Tanna (Cornell) Hilgenkamp; stepchildren, Tim (Sue) Sisson and Sandy (Mark) Rose; as well as many grandchildren; great- grandchildren; and great-great- grandchildren.

VISITATION: Friday, July 26, 2024, 5:00-7:00PM at West Center Chapel, 7805 West Center Road, Omaha, NE

FUNERAL SERVICE: Saturday, July 27, 2024, 10:30AM at West Center Chapel.

INTERMENT: Evergreen Cemetery

    I was deeply saddened to hear about the passing of your beloved mother. She was a remarkable woman who lived a long and full life, touching the hearts of many with her wit and kindness.
