Survived by daughter, Kathleen Sullivan McCoy; son and daughter-in-law, Roy and Dorothy Sullivan; daughter-in-law, Pat Sullivan; grandchildren: Thomas D. Sullivan IV, Sara Zarmbinski (Jared), Michael Sullivan; great grandson, Aiden Zarmbinski; many nieces and nephews

Family will receive friends Monday, August 29, 2022, from 5:00-7:00PM at West Center Chapel

Funeral: Tuesday, August 30, 2022, 10:00AM at Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church, 5529 Leavenworth Street

Interment: Forest Lawn
