VASQUEZ, Luis A., M.D. Oct 18, 1929 – Nov 23, 2014 Survived by wife of 51 years, Diane Vasquez; sons: Tony A. Vasquez (Mary), Rev. Paul L. Vasquez, and Timothy R. Vasquez (Julie); 7 grandchildren: David, Jacob, Nathan, Rachel, all of Minnesota, Emily, Andy and Tommy, all of Omaha; one great-granddaughter, Evelyn, of Minnesota; brothers: Alindor Vasquez, Alberto Vasquez, and Victor Vasquez. Big thanks to St. Wenceslaus Prayer Shawl Ministry, the staff of Brookstone Meadows, and Drs. Tim Crowley and Heather Morgan. The family will receive friends Friday, November 28th from 6pm to 7pm, with VIGIL SERVICE at 7pm, all at the West Center Chapel. VISITATION after 9am Saturday, November 29th at St. Cecilia Cathedral, followed by MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL at 10am at the Cathedral. Entombment, Calvary Mausoleum. Memorials are suggested to Archdiocesan Seminarian Fund or Autism Society of Nebraska.
