We are so saddened to hear of Maci’s passing. We know she was so tenderly cared for by your family and soaked in the love she received at your hands every day. Your faithful caring is a testimony to your devotion. May God’s spirit lift you up and grant you a time of refreshment as you gently journey into the future, always trusting that promise of a Heavenly reunion when Maci will be well and whole. Until then, May you know God’s comfort and peace.

I was a student of yours a year or two ago so I didn’t know your daughter Maci personally. What I do know is that while she was here with you all she received more than enough love for a lifetime. She was lucky to have such a great mother and adoring family to help her grow into the wonderful young girl that she was. I am so sorry she had to leave you so soon. Know that she wants the best for you and your family and that she is watching over all of you to make sure you don’t let anything or anyone get in the way of you living your best lives. Though the pain may never completely go away, it will get easier over time. That I promise. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
