Maralee (Huff) Jensen
December 13, 1934 – January 7, 2025
Maralee Huff was born December 13, 1934, in Whiting, IA. Maralee was a graduate of Onawa High School in Onawa, IA.
She was a member of First Central Congregational Church, Assistance League of Omaha, and P.E.O. International.
Maralee is survived by brother, Gary Huff of Des Moines, IA; children: Mary Connolly (Patrick) of Parkville, MO; Laura Lauer (Matthew) of Gothenburg, NE; Larry Jensen (Connie) of Omaha, NE; 10 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley L Jensen, Jr.
There will be a Private Family Celebration of Life January 18, 2025, at First Central Congregational Church, 421 South 36th Street, Omaha, 68131.

Thinking of Maralee’s family at this time of her passing and our sympathy goes out to her family. I am a relative from Blencoe IA where her mother lived and her siblings were raised. Gary and I went to school together too. We were related through the Zortman family. My father was Clarence “Sandy” Collison and he and Ethel were cousins.Have often wondered where Maralee had been the last few years as have lost all communication with her and the family. Fond memories of your mother, she was always so very kind and caring. Just wanted to let you know we saw this obituary in the Omaha paper and our thoughts are with you.
