Preceded in death by parents, Marie and Charles Waters; sister, Cheryl Ann Waters; loving companion, Adrian Lapoure.

Survived by children, Fredrick Schwartz III (Mary Hubbard) and Josie Schwartz; grandchildren, Emilio Schwartz, Allen Fenderson and Haley Schwartz; sisters, Darlene Waters and Margie Powers; brother, Charles Waters, Jr. (Lois); many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Memorial Service: Friday, September 1st, 2PM at West Center Chapel.

Memorials may be directed to the family.

    So sorry to hear that Marcella passed away. She was one of my best caregiver employee. She was always cheerful and took great care of our residents.

    I’m very sad to learn that she passed away. I went to grade school and high with her. Love and prayers for all her family during this difficult time.

    My sincere condolences to Pixie’s family and friends. I went to high school with Pixie. She was always so cheerful, fun and full of life. I have such fond memories of her. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.
