Peg was born in 1939 to parents Joe and Pat Quinlan. She grew up on 35th and Center attended Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. It was at Our Lady of Lourdes that Peg met the love of her life, Ed Trout.
Peg and Ed fell quickly in love and were married in 1959. They had 3 boys, Ed Jr., John and Tom.
Their boys attended St. Thomas More Catholic School. Peg was very active at St. Thomas More.
Peg was blessed with many grandchildren and enjoyed traveling with them. Peg and Ed took their grandchildren everywhere from Lambeau Field in January to the Grand Canyon in August, to shopping in NYC and to the National Championships in Miami.
Peg’s grandchildren will be blessed forever with fond memories of their wonderful grandparents!
“GMA” and “GPA” were at every single sporting event or band competition. She loved hanging out with the grandchildren.
Peg was also known as the “Hostess with the Mostess”. She hosted holidays, Sunday brunches, Super Bowl parties, baby showers and any other event where loved ones were gathered.
Peg was incredibly loving, caring and generous and her loss will leave a void in our lives. However, we are at peace knowing that Peg and Ed are back together- in Heaven- where they belong.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you. What a beautiful family that Peg and Ed were blessed with. May God ease your sorrow and help you rejoice that Peg and Ed are united again.
Oh, the many beautiful memories of you, Aunt Peggy- you will be with me for all of my days!
You were & always will be an everlasting icon of Grace, Resilience & Integrity. Your warm & exuberant presence everlasting to all those blessed to know you. I sought Aunt Peggy out at every family event, looking forward to her sincere enthusiastic hugs, kisses & joyous laugh! Her outside beauty- undeniable, but her beautiful soul, resonated above all! It’s difficult to be sad at this time. She & Uncle Eddie created a legacy of unconditional love & an unbreakable bond for ALL of their children, grandchildren, great & great grandchildren to always draw strength from, even from heaven. 🥰 So truly loved by many! I celebrate Aunt Peg graduation from this earth! She’s been placed in Uncle Eddies’s loving arms where their loving souls belong & eternally rest in peace together with our heavenly Lord. 🕊️ TRULY a match made in heaven!! ❤️🥹 Love you now & always. 🕊️

We are heart broken for you all. My sweet little aunt is with uncle Ed and that is what you have to hang onto. We are in Spain but our hearts are with you. Love you all.
We are both so sorry for your loss. Your mom (my dear Aunt Peggy) She was such a lovely person and dearly loved. I have the greatest of confidence that she is in heaven with Uncle Ed holding hands and just being together. She will be missed so deeply. Her leaving leaves a huge hole in our family. Our prayers are with all of you especially her sweet boys: Joe, John and Tom. Love and hugs Dan and Kelley
Condolences to the Trout family. Aunt Peggy was always the sweetest and most gracious host. As a child I had fond memories of her Christmas Eve parties where they would gather the extended Trout family. Rest in peace Aunt Peg. -Shane and Connor
My prayers are with you. Peggy Quinlan and the family were our neighbors on Center Street. We are aging ourselves into the corridors of Heaven. God bless!

I met your parents through my brother in law Bill Rucker. They were both such grand people . It will be quite a loss not to have them in your midst. My sincere sympathy to you all!!
