Marietta M. Epler
February 7, 1941 – March 20, 2019
Preceded in death by brother, Oren L. Mapson; parents, Merle and Josephine Mapson. Survived by husband, Dale L. Epler; daughter, Gwendolyn Smith (Jeremy); son, Scott Epler (Ann); five grandchildren: Stettson, Shaine, Daniel, Samuel, and Sarabeth; brothers, Ross E. Mapson (Kay) and Loren D. Mapson (Shirley); nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, March 23rd from 5pm to 7pm at the West Center Chapel. Funeral: Sunday, March 24th at 1:30pm at the West Center Chapel, with luncheon from 12noon to 1:15pm in the West Center Chapel Community Room, Omaha, NE. Graveside Service: Monday, March 25th at 10am at Camp Creek Cemetery, south of Nebraska City. Memorials will be directed by the family.

Dale, we were very sad to get the message about Marietta. I’m thankful for the long life God gave her in spite of her diabetes.
And I’m thankful for the family God gave to you and Marietta. May God give you comfort.
