July 29, 1930 – March 4, 2019

Preceded in death by husband, John T. Rogers. Survived by children: John Rogers (Susan), Jim Rogers (Kris), and Mary Rogers; grandchildren: Thomas Vacek, Sara Lee, Michael Rogers, Michelle, Elizabeth and Patrick Rogers, Kaylee and Kelsey Smith; five great-grandchildren; brother, John Blumel.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 7th from 9am to 10am at St. Leo the Great Catholic Church, 1920 N. 102nd St., followed by MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL at 10am. Interment: Calvary Cemetery.  Memorials are suggested to Nebraska Humane Society.

    Please accept my heartfelt condolences. May God’s loyal love bring you comfort according to the promises He made long ago. (Psalm 119:76) The one that I look forward to the most is found at Revelation 21:4 where He says that “He will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry be anymore.” What a wonderful thought, death will be permanently removed! The Bible gives us hope.
