Loretta Jo Marintzer June 13, 1950 July 26, 2015 Loretta Jo Marintzer was born in Oberlin, Kansas on June 13, 1950 to Ernest Keith Gallatin and Imogene Harold Gallatin. She died at the age of 65 on July 26, 2015 in Omaha, Nebraska. Jo graduated from Oberlin High School in Oberlin, Kansas. In 1968 she married Daniel Marintzer, from Herndon, Kansas. This coming November, they would have celebrated their 47th wedding anniversary. Dan and Jo made their home in Hastings, Nebraska, where they raised their three children: Laura, Michael, and Eric. Jo worked for Wells Fargo Bank as a personal banker for 25 years. After her retirement, Dan and Jo moved to Omaha. Jo was preceded in death by her parents. Those remaining to cherish her memory are her loving husband, Daniel; daughter, Laura Fassino and husband, Michael of Neola, Iowa; sons, Michael and wife, Denise of Austin, Texas and Eric Marintzer of Chicago, Illinois; six grandchildren: Cady, Emily and Tanner Glaser, Alexis Fassino, Dylan and Alec Marintzer; sisters: Linda Jackson (James), Debbie Macfee (Don), and Kathy Ukele (Mel); sister-in-law, Regis Kogl; many nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends Wednesday, July 29th, from 5pm to 7pm at St. John Vianney Catholic Church in Omaha, with VIGIL SERVICE at 7pm at the church. MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL Thursday, July 30th at 10am at St. John Vianney Catholic Church. Interment, Resurrection Cemetery, Omaha. The family suggests memorials to St. John Vianney Church for Masses.
