Survived by brothers, Mike Catherwood (Cindy) and Patrick Catherwood; sisters, Karen Thompson (Pat) and Kathy Lee; numerous nieces and nephews; special friend, Douglas Lee. The family will receive friends Wednesday, May 28th from 5pm to 7pm, with MEMORIAL SERVICE at 7pm, all at the West Center Chapel. Private Interment.
