Survived by wife, Kelly; children, Anna and Charlie; mother, Marianne Heavey; brothers: Greg Jackson (Ellen), Kevin Jackson, and Pat Jackson (Carrie); sister, Kathy Urzendowski (Dan); nieces and nephews: Matt, Dusty, Rachel, Chad (Ashley), Nate and Dylan Jackson, Brooke Morgan (Chad), Justin (Jessica) and Jacob Failla, Sara and Daniel Shonka, Brittany, Renee, and Dallas Farris. The family will receive friends Sunday, June 29th from 5pm to 7pm at the West Center Chapel. SERVICES Monday, June 30th at 11am at the West Center Chapel. Interment, Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to Madonna School.
