Hess (Virginia); two grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; sisters-in-law: Harriet Otis, Beverly Otis, and Dorothy Otis; nieces and nephews. MEMORIAL SERVICE Thursday, April 17th at 2pm at Countryside Community Church (Carolyn Scott Chapel), 8787 Pacific. Private Interment, Forest Lawn Memorial Park. Memorials are suggested to Countryside Community Church or Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
