Survived by husband, Dan Gillen Sr. of Nixa, MO; daughter and son-in-law, Elizabeth and Jon Herzog of Washington, D.C.; son and daughter-in-law, Dan Gillen Jr. and Lindsey Gillen of Roeland Park, KS; grandson, Jack Herzog; father, Dale Lee of Omaha; brothers and sisters: Jim and Pauline Lee of Salem, OR, Barb and John Kirchofer of Omaha, Denise Chinn of Omaha, Steve and Crissie Lee of Rockford, IL, Susie Lee of Omaha.
