Preceded in death by husband, Donald E. Pakes; brothers: Francis, Charles, and Albert “Bud” Poell. Survived by sons, Donald C. Pakes and Paul L. Pakes (Candace); daughter, Claudia Stanek (Rick); son, Mark J. Pakes (Valerie); nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, Jan. 10th, from 5pm to 7pm, with VIGIL SERVICE at 7pm at the Bel Air Chapel. MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL Wednesday, Jan. 11th at 10:30am at St. Thomas More Catholic Church. Interment, Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to American Cancer Society or Nebraska Heart Association.
