I send my heartfelt sympathy to Rhonda, Andrew, Nancy & Marcy. His gentle soul will be with us forever. My grief is only lessened knowing that he is in the loving arms of Aunt Carleen and Uncle Bill. I have very fond memories of my cousins in Shelbyville, Indiana with Aunt Hazel and Grandma Jose. I will miss him.
I worked with Matt at Physicians Mutual and want to express my condolences to his family. I didn’t get a chance to know Matt well, but he was a very nice gentleman. My prayers are with you at this very difficult time.
Dear Rhonda and Andy, I was deeply saddened to learn of Matt’s passing. Gone too soon. I will keep you both in my prayers during this difficult time. With much love and sympathy, Lisa
Sending virtual hugs! Dang cancer & how many it affects. You both were supporting him thru the last couple months & now you will support each other thru this transition too.
Rhonda and Andy we are so sorry to hear about Matt! It doesn’t seem that long ago back when the kids were younger and we crossed paths at school. Please know our prayers are with you both!
Love, Mark and Patty

Sending heartfelt condolences to Marcy and your family on the passing of your brother. Praying for God’s sustaining love to be with you all, especially during this very difficult time. Love you. ❤️😢
Dear Rhonda, Andrew, Nancy & Marcy,
I am sorry to read of Matt’s passing.
Many years ago, beginning in the early 1990’s, we often played golf together along with other friends … sometimes at Platteview CC or at one of the Omaha city courses. Matt was a talented striker of the ball with an enviably smooth swing that most of us could only admire and never experience ourselves; and he was an excellent putter using an uncommon upright stance.
Always a joy to golf and converse with and just to be around, Matt was courteous, kind and a gentleman. My regret is not maintaining our friendship over these many years and, consequently, not able to render support to that good man or his family when his health began failing.
I hope and pray you all are comforted by your love for Matt and for each other; by the sincere attention of friends; and by your Faith in our Lord’s promise of Eternal Life. May His blessings heal your hearts.
Sincerely,
Philip

He was a great boss and an amazing person. So many great memories working with Matt. My heart goes out to his family. He truly fought this disease.
Rhonda, please accept my deepet condolences. I wasn’t aware that Matthew was ill. Take care of yourself and Andrew.
Matt I think of you often when I am at work. I often ask myself how would Matt figure this out. I owe you everything. You started my career by hiring. I met the love of my life Tricia there. Those were great times I got to work with not only you but Sammy. You were an anchor for me. As you know there was a period of time I was lost. I prayer for you everyday my friend.
