Dr. Francis Frank McCabe Mar 20, 1930 Jan 31, 2016 Preceded in death by parents; first wife, Alice Ann; brothers, Fr. Jack McCabe and Bob McCabe. Survived by wife, Ruth McCabe; son, Fr. Michael McCabe; daughter, Mary Guynan (Bob); stepchildren: Kevin Tessmer, Scott Tessmer (Terri), and Mark Tessmer; grandchildren: Matthew Guynan (Nikki), John Guynan (Jenna), Mandy, Megan, Pat, and Molly Tessmer, Brian and Emma Tessmer; great-grandchildren: Caden, Jack, and Sophia Guynan; sisters: Rosemary Jones (Randy), Therese Sack (Eric), Mary Burnett (Mike), Judy Renner (Soren), and Jane Caplan (Jason); brother, Dan McCabe (Trish). When we think of Frank McCabe, we will remember his passion for life at all stages, his compassion and skill as a surgeon, his extraordinary joy and love for family, and his unwavering faith in God. And finally, when we hear a train whistle, we will think of him and smile. The family will receive friends Friday, February 5th, from 5pm to 7pm at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, with VIGIL SERVICE at 7pm at the church. MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL Saturday, February 6th at 10:30am at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church. Interment, Calvary Cemetery.
