Survived by father, Frank McIntosh (Linda); sisters: Sherry Jost (Steve), Vivian McIntosh, and Nancy Dodson (Ben); brother, Joshua McIntosh; nieces and nephews; grandmother, Marie Christensen. The family will receive friends Sunday, May 8th, from 5pm to 7pm at the Mortuary. SERVICES Monday, May 9th at 1pm at the Mortuary. Interment, Forest Lawn Memorial Park. Memorials will be directed by the family.
