Michael Meisenheimer passed away on August 21, 2022, surrounded by his wife and family.
He was born in Natick, Massachusetts on April 11, 1968, to William (Phyllis) Meisenheimer and Darlene Hagerty of Massachusetts. Mike was preceded in death by his grandparents William and Bertha Meisenheimer, Thomas and Annie Hagerty. He leaves behind two sisters Kristine (Terry) Coffin of Missouri, and Terri Meisenheimer of Massachusetts, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He graduated in 1986, from Alliance High School, Alliance, Nebraska and became a certified Motorcycle Technician and Airframe and ASE Mechanic. Mike has resided in Omaha for the last 31 years and was married to his best friend Carrie Meisenheimer. Mike was the father of three beautiful daughters, Andrea Meisenheimer, and Alexandra Meisenheimer, and Carrie’s daughter, whom he loved as his own, Danita (Christopher) Hernandez, and a grandfather to Isabella. Mike was passionate about riding motorcycles. He loved to tear down, build, customize and RIDE. His work was also very important as an operator at Mid-American Energy. Mike was a member of the Eagles FOE 3912 of Bellevue, Nebraska.
VISITATION: 5:00PM, Thursday, August 25, 2022 followed by VIGIL SERVICE : 7:00PM all at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church, 6116 Dodge St. MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL: Friday, August 26, 2022, 10:30am, at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church. Luncheon to follow. Interment Procession from St. Margaret Mary’s to Glendale Cemetery in Louisville, NE. Please feel free to ride your bike!
