I am so sorry. When I knew him in high school, Mike had such a big heart, he was so kind, funny, and a true Excitable One. I have many fond memories, and I hope your memories of the good times also help you through this difficult time.

Dearest Phil, Joanie, and Kevin, I am truly sorry for your loss and am grieving with you. Words cannot express my heartache. One of my fondest memories of Michael was at a St. Margaret Mary track meet in the early 90’s. He cheered emphatically for me, and when I won, he was over the moon. Years later he would still tell the story. We’d be at an event and, while smiling infectiously, he’d declare to everyone at the table they were sitting with the 1994 St. Margaret Mary track champ, and everyone would laugh. He was so fun, amiable, and kindhearted. Cousins’ nights out were not to be missed! I will cherish these memories and keep his bright smile in my heart forever. With all of my love, Billee

Sorry we didn’t know sooner so we could celebrate Mike’s life and grieve his passing with you.

When my Mother died, someone sent a card with this message…

“When our loved ones leave us behind, they start their crossing to the far shore, and we must say GOOD BYE.

But others are waiting there to greet them with open arms.

I met Mike in my early 20s. We worked together at a restaurant. Mike was so positive when I knew him. Always happy with his big smile. He was a good friend to me and would let me talk to him about my problems. Although we grew apart over time, I thought of him often. My deepest condolences to his family. He was a great friend
