A beautiful and wonderful woman. Full of life with the biggest heart. You will be so missed my friend
Micky was a wonderful woman and the best administrator I have ever worked with. She will be sorely missed.
Will always remember Micky with a smile on her face and a tenacious spirit. So enjoyed playing softball and volleyball with her at UNO. My sincere condolences to Terese and Gehringer family. She was loved by many.
I had the pleasure of working with Micky during her time as an administrator to Russell. She was always so positive and always had the best interest of students in mind. She was a great mentor to teachers. She had a great impact on so many.
I’m so glad I had the opportunity to work with her. Sending my condolences to her family.

What an amazing woman . We had the pleasure of working together as Russell administrators, and ended up being wonderful friends. Our loss here, I believe, has initiated a rollicking Irish party with family and friends in the great beyond. Love and prayers to Deena and all the Gehringer family.
I remember Micky as always having a positive attitude and a smile on her face. My sincere condolences to the Gehringer family. Rest in Peace, Micky.
Micky and I went to st. Bernards and Marian. We played softball in grade school ( she was the best and I was the worst player!) She was ALWAYS so sweet, kind, Supportive and fun. My sympathy to Deena and all the Gehringers.
I worked for Micky at Russell. She was an exceptional woman, caring and understanding. She was also fun to be around! We in the office had some great times and I will miss her beautiful smile 💕

I knew Ms. Gerhinger from my time at Gross HS, class of ’88. I remember her being a teacher/adult that I admired because of her strength in character and genuine care for students. Prayers to the Gerhinger Family.
Prayers and thoughts to Deena and the Gehringer family..
I’ll remember Micky’s dedication to volunteering to deliver Meals On Wheels, especially with the challenges of the last year. She made a difference to so many. Deena, you are in my thoughts are with you and her family.
From the time she was a student of mine at St. Bernard’s grade school, through all the years we were colleagues at Gross High School, Micky was a delight to be around. I can’t imagine that friendly smile gone and the twinkling eyes being dimmed. My condolences to her family and her many friends on this great loss.
I met Micky when teaching at Gross High many years ago. She impressed me immediately with her sense of humor, smiles, and class. It was difficult to leave the school, but moved on. I was fortunate to meet her again a couple of times recently – a couple years ago as she was evaluating a teaching candidate from UNO who was student teaching at my current school. She had the same smile and great personality. My condolences and prayers to Deena, her family, and all who were blessed to know her. She will be missed. greatly.
My deepest sympathy for your loss – and all who knew Mick. She was one of the best! May she rest in peace with her Lord.
A lovely service and Mickey stories brought many smiles. So sorry we couldn’t be there with you in person!

Micky was a wonderful teacher and coach. She coached me in volleyball at Gross High School. She taught me so much more than sports which allowed me to be successful in college athletics and my career. Prayers for peace.
My thoughts and prayers are with all of Micky’s family and friends. Such a lovely, kind and thoughtful lady! I cherish my time with her at MPS, and all the classes we had together at UNO. Anyone that knew her is blessed to have known her.
Mick always had a smile for everyone. My deepest sympathies to all the Gehringers.
I didn’t know Mickey well but I know that she came from a great family! She was raised next door to my husband, Ken. Conner. They were featured one time for the athletic talent on their street. The Gehringers were always so kind to me and I will remember the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta. Mickey and Ken are probaby playing ball with Bob Gehringer in Heaven!
I have wonderful memories of Mickey, her family and her softball family. They all stayed at our home in Kansas City for a softball tournament and what a fantastic team and so much fun! I was very blessed to know the entire Gehringer family. My prayers for you all 🙏❤️
