VILLET, Mildred Jane Apr 4, 1936 Feb 19, 2014 Mildred Jane Villet, age 77 years, of Elkhorn, NE, formerly of Farmington Hills, MI, died on February 19, 2014. She is survived by her three sons: Jeff, Greg and Steven; her three daughters-in-law: Mary Beth, Gayle and Connie; her three grandchildren: Justin, Jessica, and Taylor; many nieces and nephews; and her companion and dear friend, Robert Walla. She was preceded in death by her husband, Victor, her parents, Joseph E. Owens, Sr. and Evie Gennuso, her brother, Joseph E. Owens, Jr., and her sister, Dorothy Stuart. Jane was a positive spirit, forthright and honest, who chose to be happy no matter what and knew how to laugh and to live. People gravitated toward her and she made many life-long friends through relocations. Many are saddened by this loss, especially those at the Elkridge Village Retirement Community for whom she cared deeply. She loved her family without reservation and was steadfast in her faith. She will be missed. MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL Thursday, February 27th at 10:30am at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 20500 W. Maple Road in Elkhorn. Memorials will be directed by the family.
