David G. Murphy Apr 16, 1952 – Dec 13, 2016 Dave lost his 10-year courageous battle with colon cancer on Tuesday, Dec. 13th. He was preceded in death by parents, Frederick and Agnes Murphy; sister, Joan Larlee; sister-in-law, Sandy Murphy; brothers, Hubert and Raymond; brothers-in-law, Joe Monahan and Jim Caddell. Dave is survived by wife, Theresa (Monahan) Murphy; daughter, Maggie; son, Matt (Cyndi); grandchildren: Joe, Sam, Chole, and Charlotte; sisters: Bernadette VanBuskirk (Gary), Maureen Murphy (Bill), and Ann Caddell; sisters-in-law, Lora Burke (Dan) and Kathy Monahan; brothers: Gregory (Laura), Patrick (Claire), Danny (Claudette), John (Rose), Kevin, and Neil (Sherrill); brother-in-law, Kevin Monahan (Chris); many amazing nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Friday, Dec. 16th, 4pm to 6pm at St. James Catholic Church, with VIGIL SERVICE at 6pm at the church. MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL Saturday, Dec. 17th at 11am, St. James Catholic Church. Interment, Resurrection Cemetery. Memorials will be directed by the family.
