Preceded in death by parents, Lydia and William Welch; sisters, Carolyn Mihulka and Geraldine Trofholz. Survived by wife, Marti Welch; sons, Jeffrey “Jeff” Welch and Christopher “Chris” Welch (Rebecca Archer and daughter, Lauren); grandson, Tristan Thomas Welch; sisters, Nadine 
Mohrman and Sheri Lehr.
VISITATION: Thursday, August 19th from 10am to 11am at Rejoice Lutheran Church, 2556 S. 138th St., followed by SERVICES with Military 
Honors at 11am. Memorials are suggested to Rejoice! Lutheran Church, Tangier Shrine, or American Legion Post #1.

Neil was my brother and was 6 years older than me. When we were very young, we played together. We got a package of soldiers it was 1944/45. We played pool and kick the can. Then he grew up and out of my reach. I miss him very much.
