Nicole C. Sheard

Nicole C. Sheard

January 20, 1982 – July 16, 2020

Nicole was born to Kathleen and Michael Noland on January 20, 1982.  She married Gerald Sheard on May 5, 2008.  Gerald and Nicole had one daughter, Sky Ann Sheard, who she referred to her as her greatest joy.  She loved being a mother and a wife.  Nicole came from a large family of eight and she was number two.  She was educated in Omaha and was a proud graduate of Benson High’s class of 2000.  She loved God and her family and was honored to have had both in her life.  She was gentle and kind, and was truly a bright light in what could be a difficult world.  She was taken too young and will be terribly missed.

Preceded in death by her mother, father and other dear family and friends.  She is survived by Brian and Erin Noland, Mark Noland, Nathan Noland (Megan), Kristine Noland, John Love, Andrea and Bradyn Moss, and Elizabeth Love, stepfather, Robert Love; aunts, uncles, cousins and her dear friends–all of whom she loved and cared about.

SERVICES: Wednesday, July 22nd from 9am to 10:30am, at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church (2110 S. 32nd Ave.) with Mass following directly after.

We are truly sorry for Gerald and Sky’s loss. Although we haven’t known the Sheard family long, John and I know that Nicole was a large piece of their family and she will be dearly missed. Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. If you or your family needs anything, please feel free to ask.
