Survived by wife, Soeum (Kong) Chap; children: Nitharee Chap (Scott Davis), Nithara Costello (Patrick Costello), and Nitharom Yeager (Clifford Yeager); four grandchildren: Rithy, Chance, Tatum, and Addi.
