Odette J. Bakhit

June 1, 1936 – December 30, 2022

 Odette Julia Bakhit, 86, passed away peacefully on December 30, 2022. She was born June 1, 1936, in Palestine. Odette was in the printing press business and stopped working at the age of 40. Not only was she a hard-working woman, but she was also an amazing mother to her four children. She provided for her kids. Sheltered her kids and taught her kids how to strive and grow in life to be their best selves along with her husband John.

Odette lived a long and beautiful life. She always put others before herself with her generous ways. She was a giving person. She will be remembered for her beautiful voice and fiery spirit that served to strengthen everyone she met.

Odette is out of pain and at peace. She is now with her husband, John. Odette is living through her children: George, Susie, Lucy and Edward, along with many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Odette will not be forgotten as it is bittersweet.

    My condolences on the lost of your beautiful mother. Susie asked for $550.00 for funeral flowers and I cant figure out which ones they are? Blessings and God’s love to Odette and all of you.
