Patricia A. “Pat” “Patty” Bigford

Dec 26, 1946 – Dec 30, 2020

Patricia “Patty”, “Pat” Bigford passed away in Omaha, Nebraska on December 30, 2020, just after turning 74 years old. Born Patricia Ann Krug in Omaha on December 26, 1946, Patricia was the daughter of Lester and Tillie Krug. She grew up and attended schools in South Omaha before marrying David Bigford and moving to Texas.
She and David had four children: David Bigford Jr. (Regan Wood) of Hudson, Florida, Barbara (David) Turner of Yuba City, California, Danny (Laura) Bigford of Stanfield, North Carolina, and Betty (Jeremy) Woodrich-Brooks of Papillion, Nebraska. Later Patricia moved back to Nebraska where she lived the rest of her life enjoying country music, garage sales, and getting a great deal. Family and friends who knew her well will always remember her spunky personality, sharp tongue, and ability to take being “fashionably late” to a new extreme.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Joe (Junior) Krug, and sister, Loretta Bigford.

Aunt Patty and I shared many wonderful memories over the years and I find peace and comfort knowing she is now in Heaven with my dad and her parents. May she rest in eternal peace with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. 🙏
