Preceded in death by wife, Helen Almgren. Survived by sons: Richard Almgren, Larry Almgren (Connie), Paul Almgren, Doug Almgren (Kendra), and Tim Almgren (Kim); daughters: Roxane Hipwell (Jay), Nancy Moran (Mike), and Laurie Jost (Jeff); sisters-in-law, Marie Jakubowski and F
rances Sock; 12 grandchildren: Patrick and Colleen Almgren, Barry Almgren, Randy and Katie Almgren, George Almgren, Christine and Larry Breighner, Ben and Jamie Ihm, Adam and Megan Ihm, Chris and Deana Hipwell, Andy and Tiffiny Hipwell, Dan Jost, Karisa and Douglas Malchow, and Rose Almgren; 25 great-grandchildren: Emily, Colin, Carson, Virginia, John, Cooper, Noah, Jack, Nick, Katherine, Kelsey, Laynie, Landon, Tyler, Alex, Emmett, Lily, Lucy, Liam, Kincaid, Keating, Kallahan, Lily, Maggie, and Wesley.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, June 13th from 5pm to 7pm at the West Center Chapel, 
followed by VIGIL SERVICE at 7pm. MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL: Thursday, June 14th at 11am at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 4810 Woolworth Ave. Interment, Forest Lawn Memorial Park with military honors by Benson VFW Post 2503. Memorials to Eastern Nebraska Veterans Home.

I have a lot of respect for Pat. I met him through the Breakfast Club. He helped me and many other members grow their businesses with his advice and by example. He was a friend and I will miss him.
Our love to all of the Almgren Family P.A. had such a special place in our hearts. What a wonderful man.
