Welsh; father, Jim Welsh; sister, Sylvia Czornyj; maternal grandfather, Hubert Haines; cousin, Matthew Walsh; other relatives and many friends. A celebration of Patricks life and sharing will be held Monday, 6pm-9pm at the West Center Chapel. SERVICES Tuesday, 11am, West Center Chapel. Interment, Evergreen Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, please bring a childrens gift to be donated in Patricks memory; memorials will be directed by the family.
