Patsy Lee Hosman
December 30, 1925 – August 13, 2018
Patsy Lee Hosman was born on December 30, 1925 in Bellingham, WA to Arthur and Lenore Miller. She attended Mills College in Oakland, CA where she met the love of her life, Dale Hosman, who was attending Stanford University. They married in 1948 and moved to Omaha, NE where Dale and Patsy owned and operated the Medical Arts Cafeteria and later, Northrup Jones. Patsy enjoyed her bowling league and playing bridge, and she was involved with the Junior League. She was an avid sports fan, especially of Bob Devaney’s Cornhuskers. When Dale retired in 1995, they moved to South Dakota and then traveled the world. Upon Dale’s death in 2004, Patsy moved to Placida, FL where she started a successful real estate company. Patsy loved the Gulf of Mexico and her seaside home with Jimmy Buffett playing in the background. She remained active in the company (Pelican Palms) until her death on August 13th at the age of 92. Patsy was a special lady who made a positive impression on everyone she met. Her infectious laugh and smile, along with her wit and sense of humor, will be missed by all who knew her. She was loved by many and especially her family.
