Pattiejean (Pat) Salene Cluck

CLUCK, Pattiejean (Pat) Salene May 5, 1930 ~ September 16, 2016 Bellevue, NE Age 86 Pattiejean (Pat) Salene Blakeley Cluck was born on May 5th, 1930 in Chicago Illinois and died September 16, 2016. . The family moved to California when she was four years old, where she grew up. Pat graduated from Huntington Park High School in the Winter 1948 class and attended Los Angeles City College. She traveled with her first husband, Bob; however, they were always stationed in either California or at Offutt except for a tour in Fairbanks, Alaska. She also accompanied her second husband, Billy, to Okinawa, Japan. She is preceded in death by her parents, her beloved sister Bernadine Ohanian, husband Billy Earl Cluck, her children’s father Robert Blakeley, Sr., beloved great-grandson Dylan Thomas Coss, and friend and half-sister Bernadette Berning. Survived by her children: Daughters Jennifer (Phil) Bluml of Papillion; and Roberta (Tom) Coss of Denver. Sons John Blakeley of Bellevue and Robert (Kimberly) Blakeley, Jr. of Beverly Hills, FL. Granddaughters Ellen (Seth) Christofferson of Gretna, NE and great-grandchildren Paisley and Brantley; Erin Bluml of Denver, Salene Smith of Omaha; Stacey (Emma) Coss of Denver and great-grandson, Lukas; Nicole Blakeley of Indianapolis, IN. Niece Patricia (Annette) Ohanian-Coffey of San Jose, CA; Nephew Bernard (Kate Kelly) Ohanian of Washington DC; Niece Gretchen (Peter) Stein of Glendora, CA; and Niece Brenda (John) Dayton-Novelli of St. Charles, MO. Also, survived by 3 great nieces and 4 great nephews and 1 great great niece, along with many, many cousins. Pat worked 20 years for the Air Force at Offutt AFB, Kadena AFB Okinawa, Japan, March AFB, CA and retired as Assistant Librarian at Mather AFB, CA in 1989. She and Billy moved back to Bellevue in December of 1989. She was very active in local organizations, Past President District II GFWC Nebraska Federated Women’s Club; Past President GFWC Bellevue Woman’s Club; Past President Aokiya Club; Past Treasurer Eagles Auxiliary 3912 in Bellevue; Member Alpha Chapter Eastern Star #325 and Alpha Kensington Club; Past President Anderson Grove Presbyterian Church Ladies Aid Society; member Sarpy County Historical Museum where she had sometimes volunteered, member of Sowers Club, a Nebraska Federated Woman’s Club of past District and State Presidents. Pat also traveled to Ireland and Honolulu and was an avid reader. The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, you donate to the Sarpy County Historical Museum, the Bellevue Community Senior Center, or a charity of your choice in Pat’s name. VISITATION: 5-7 p.m., Monday, September 19, 2016 @ Bellevue Memorial Chapel. FUNERAL SERVICE: 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, September 20, 2016 @ Bellevue Memorial Chapel.
