COOLEY, Paul D., Feb 2, 1935 Feb 12, 2011. Retired after 22 years at UNMC; retired Air Force Reserve Chief Master SGT. Member American Legion Post #1 and life member of Millard VFW Post #8334. Preceded in death by parents, Claude and Pearl Cooley; 2 brothers; 6 sisters. Survived by wife of 46 years, Mary Ann (Vacha) Cooley; daughters: Teresa Cooley-Daniel, Ceilie and husband Dr. Bradley Robertson; stepdaughter, Annette Chipman; 10 grandchildren: Shannon Cooley-Lovett (Dr. Steve Lovett), Shawn Daniel, Aaron, Seth and Kristie Saucedo, Andrew, Nathan Paul, Samuel, Peter and Mark Robertson; great-grandchildren: Jose and Erica Flores, Wyatt Sedlacek; sisters, Virginia and Judy; brother, George Allen; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; many nieces, nephews and cousins. The family will receive friends Wednesday, 5pm-8pm at the West Center Chapel. SERVICES Thursday, 10:30am, West Center Chapel. Interment, Resurrection Cemetery with military rites by Millard VFW Post 8334 and American Legion Post 374. Memorials will be directed by the family.
