February 10, 1925 – November 16, 2018

Preceded in death by wife, Marilyn; grandchildren, Michael and Janelle McDermott; sister, Patricia Dalgleish.

Survived by children: Paula Wright, Jeff McDermott (Lisa), Theresa Musich (Rick), Mike McDermott (Deb), Denise Albin (Dave), Colleen Powers (John), Cyndi Clifford (Jim), Pat McDermott, Angie Carnazzo (Joe), and Joel McDermott (Cathy); numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Sharon Zarek.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, Nov. 20th from 5pm to 7pm at the West Center Chapel, followed by VIGIL SERVICE at 7pm.  MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL: Wednesday, November 21st at 10:30a.m. at St. Robert Bellarmine Catholic Church, 11802 Pacific Street.  Interment: Westlawn Memorial Park with military honors by Benson VFW Post 2503.  Memorials are suggested to the American Diabetes Association or St. Robert Bellarmine Catholic Church.

    So sorry for your loss. Paul was a very special person and he was such a blessing in my life. I will miss our talks and his jokes. Thanks for letting me be a part of his life.

    Mike, Sorry to hear of the passing of your Father, I just wanted you to know that I have thought of you often. I just wanted you also to know that we haven’t forgotten about the children, Chris (my youngest son) visits their graves often. I am also so glad that you had remarried and hope that you are happy. You deserve it. Again sorry for the passing of your Father,
