Preceded in death by father, Raymond. Survived by wife, Marcy; mother, Barbara; sister, Leslie Lasko; brothers, Scott (Julie) and Mike (Nicole); eleven nieces and nephews.

VISITATION begins on Friday, October 25th at 6pm at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 2110 S 32nd Ave with VIGIL SERVICE at 7pm. MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL: Saturday, October 26th at 10am, Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church.  Interment: Resurrection Cemetery.  Memorials are suggested to Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church.
