Pauline J. Wagner

Wagner, Pauline J. Pauline Joanne Wagner passed away at her home surrounded by her children on Monday, September 8, 2014. Pauline was born September 19, 1922 in Boston, to Alfred and Katherine Gillis who preceded her in death. Pauline was a loving faithful wife for 66 years to her beloved husband, John, the love of her life who preceded her in death in May 2008. She traveled the world as an Air Force wife and lived in many parts of the country before settling in Bellevue in 1968. She was a lifelong member of the catholic church and belonged to St. Mary’s in Bellevue. A member of the St. Mary’s Guild until her health failed. Mom loved to play Bridge and continued playing until her eyesight failed. She loved her children and had a beautiful way of making you feel that you were the most important thing in her life, whenever you spent time with her. She was a selfless, giving and loving person that touched many lives with her presence. Her family and friends will always be thankful for the gift that was her life; she will be missed dearly by all those that knew her. She is survived by her ten children, Joanne Driscoll (Jim), John (Marybeth), Paul (Julie), Kevin (Diane), Ron (Tammie), Don (Alice), Brian (Kim),Steve (Sandy), Chris (Val), and Erin Scott. Also survived by 17 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. VISITATION: Thursday, Septmber 11, 5-7pm with Vigil Service 7pm at Bellevue Memorial Chapel, Bellevue. MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL: Friday, September 12, 10:30am at St Mary Catholic Church, Bellevue. Interment: Bellevue Cemetery.
