Peggy Eileen Miller, age 61 passed away on April 9, 2021 after being able to say goodbye to her family.  She was the oldest of her brothers and sister and carried that responsibility well throughout her life.  She attended Valley High School where she met her first love.  They married soon after graduation.  Tom and Peg had two daughters that she dealt with the same way she did her siblings, using common sense and love.  She had a love of horses and made sure she had a place in the country where she could enjoy them.

She worked in retail positions for several years and sadly moved from the farm to Fremont where she worked for the City of Fremont until her retirement.  She spent her retirement years making her home a place to enjoy with her family and friends. She spent the last few years living with the ravages caused by the cancer she had when she was younger and she gave her all and passed away knowing it was her choice in the way she did it.

She is survived by her husband, Thomas; daughters:  Jennifer Franta, Pamela Waterman; four grandchildren: Madddie, Zach, George, Emily; sister, Nancy Vondrasek  (Robert); brothers, Jerry Bills (Carol), Jim Bills (Linda), parents, Kenneth and Eileen Bills; brother-in-law, James L. Miller (Terri).
