She is survived by her husband, David; sons, Brandon and Criston (Amy) Cruz; daughter, Candice (Pat) Andrews; grandchildren: Jesse and Skylar Cruz, Savannah, Sabrina, Dallas, and Preston Andrews; sister, Peggy Ritschel; brother, Bobby Bethel; niece and nephews.

Memorial Service: Saturday, July 5th, 1pm at Heafey-Hoffmann-Dworak-Cutler, West Center Chapel with a visitation starting at 12pm.

    We are sad to hear of Penny’s passing. She was a spunky lady. We enjoyed our conversations with her in our front yards or the street. We will be holding the whole family in our prayers.
