Mrs. Weaver, Laura, Sherri, Wendy and family, I send you my deepest sympathies in the death of your beloved son, brother, brother-in-law, Uncle and friend. I had the pleasure of meeting Phil just a few times but I recall Laura talking of him of times up at Okoboji. May time heal your hearts and know the blessings that he is now reunited with many loved ones and family. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

We just learned of Phil’s passing, we are SO sorry for your loss. Phil was a wonderful man. When I was having trouble finding a job during my first college summer, Phil found a wonderful position for me at a nice restaurant. I also enjoyed horse racing and we would often meet up at Aksarben to go over our strategies for the day’s bets. We randomly ran into each other at the Kentucky Derby one year! Please accept our sincere condolences, Phil will be greatly missed. Nancy Keegan and Don Voelte
